It has never been so interesting to go to school. In Ireland a private institute is offering luxury school trips to its students. China, Las Vegas and Tanzania are among the destinations proposed by Glenstal Abbey school in Limerick to youngsters. A trip costs around 4.000 euros, but specialized travel agencies that cooperate with the institute are organizing specialactivities. Not only the places are exclusive, but as well the visits.
For instance they prepare rugby tours, cities explorations and many other different trips with a specific topic to connect the places to be seen by students. For summer they will be 14-day trip to climb Kilimanjaro. Participants will attend some training before to leave and the first two days of the visit will be dedicated to walk to Machame Trail and then they will do the trekking.
In the green country, anyway, there are different schools with the same habit. In Dublin the St Columba’s College will take its students to China. A 12-day trip to see Hong Kong, Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Xian with its Terracotta Warriors and Beijing. The day fees per year start from 8.000 euros, but the offer for students is really attractive and useful in their learning process.
