Asia is growing up fast and it is increasing also the number of the luxury travellers from the continent, interested to explore the world but also more demanding. Exotic holidays and individuality are the main element researched by the Asian tourists and those are the factors to be considered by the main brands in the hospitality sector and as well for travel agencies.

A study on the new luxury travellers from Asia revealed their habits and as well their goals. They want to go outside from the continent and the favourite destinations ar South America and Africa. They ask for luxury, but they also want express their individuality in the choice. A personalized style in the proposal must be offered. The tourists wants exclusivity united to the preferences and the taste.

An important role in suggesting to this type of travellers is played by Instagram, able, through the tour operators pages, to catch their attention, to suggest them some destinations and certain excursions. The Asian luxury travellers prefer to buy not properly a single excursion, but an experience, complete with journey, hotel and so on. The are interested in five stars accomodation, main brands, premium flights ad excellent food.

They are ready to take into consideration new destinations, but evything must be perfect. Some tourists are happy to tell how they walked to a base camp on Everest, then they move with private helicopter to a luxurious five stars hotel. In the South-East of Asia the luxury travel sales are increasing by 8-9% per year. The growth is really more fast than in Europe or Northern America.
