A luxury stay in Vienna

Vienna, the capital city of Austria, is for sure one of the more appreciated destinations in Europe by the travellers. Full of history because it was the seat of vast empires, it offers an amazing architecture coming from various periods and a lot of great monuments. Vienna is elegant and it is a superb window on the opulent constructions realized by the Habsburg royal court. The visitor can find witnesses from Baroque to Gothic and Art Nouveau. If you visit Vienna, you will find as well luxury, left by the royal family and made in contemporary era. During my trip I stayed in a hotel called Altstadt, located few steps form the heart of the city. It is quite small, but modern and with luxury features. It is far from the chaos and quiet inside. It has not a lot of rooms, but each of them has a completely different environment. I tried for you a double room with a modern and elegant furniture. The shower is visible by the bed, but with some tents you can cover the view. Designed by the Italian architect Matteo Thun the room is really fancy and well equipped. Minibar, flat screen Tv, cordless phone, umbrella ready in the wardrobe in case of rain during your city tour. Each detail is tidy. The staff is mainly composed by young ladies very kind and efficient, always ready to answer to the questions. The hotel is part of a building and the rooms are disseminated on…

The hotel is part of a building and the rooms are disseminated on the floors as the apartments. Choose Altstad Vienna helps to live the experience as a local, but it also necessary to mention the dining room, because they offer a very good local and international breakfast. In the afternoon in the same space guest can have a cup of good tea with a slice of cake.
